Promoting Representation in Disability Employment Services

Wise launched the PRIDES Learning Series, sponsored by ODHS/ODDS. This series focuses on improving services for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) who are part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community by developing and providing quality training for service providers. Trainings are centered around the lived experiences of LGBTQIA2S+ individuals with IDD and are aimed at promoting more inclusive work environments within provider organizations to better support LGBTQIA2S+ providers, thus better supporting LGBTQIA2S+ clients.
